The significant results achieved by TDHI GROUP in the international banking, payment systems and financial technology sectors led to an important organisational milestone.
Effective 1 October 2020, our Division was appointed Supervisory Division and Project Lead for three newly established specialised Divisions, each dedicated to specific areas of technological and financial excellence.
This strategic evolution reflects the Group's established international experience and the valuable contribution of Dr P. Magri, General Manager, whose extensive knowledge of the credit card industry, payment systems and international banking ecosystem has been instrumental in strengthening our expertise and operational capabilities.
His professional contribution, combined with the Group's multidisciplinary resources and international network, supported the decision to establish a more specialised organisational structure, capable of responding to increasingly sophisticated market requirements.
